Design Phase
Every piece begins as an idea. Whether inspired by nature, architecture, or pure imagination, we start by sketching concepts and exploring forms. Our designer, Lara Michele Dukic, brings years of artistic experience to every design.
Digital Modeling
Once a concept is refined, we move to 3D modeling software where designs come to life digitally. This stage allows us to:
- Perfect proportions and symmetry
- Test structural integrity
- Visualize the final piece from every angle
- Make adjustments before printing
3D Printing
Our state-of-the-art 3D printers bring digital designs into the physical world. We use:
- High-resolution resin printing for fine details
- Precision layer technology for smooth surfaces
- Quality materials that are durable and skin-safe
The printing process can take several hours for complex pieces, with layer heights as fine as 0.025mm for exceptional detail.
Hand Finishing
This is where traditional craftsmanship meets modern technology:
- Cleaning: Careful removal of support structures
- Curing: UV light treatment for optimal strength
- Sanding: Smooth any imperfections
- Coating: Apply protective and decorative finishes
- Quality Check: Inspect every detail
